My facts on the net effect of Bush's proposed tax cuts on the percentage of total tax being paid by the richest Americans are quite correct and are not even in dispute.

As is your way, whenever you are faced with inconvenient facts, you point to some different and irrelevant facts, and then claim that they disprove the facts you don't like. Just as you claimed that Clinton's low personal approval poll ratings disproved the fact of Clinton's high job approval ratings.

We are discussing Federal income and payroll tax rates; Social Security benefits have nothing to do with the tax rates.
