INAP: Yes, no definite "turn-around" as yet. I sold some OPTK at 1 7/8 a week ago and have been buying INAP whenever I can get 1 3/4 or below.

The analysts were recommending it as a "strong buy" with a target of 20 back in November when it was around 13. Last week with the price at 4 they downgraded it and it tanked.

Their sales have continued to improve, but some of the analysts now think that it may need $70 million extra financing(INAP spent close to 3 times that in acquisitions last year) and that it would take 6 to 8 month longer for it to become "profitable".

I think it has a good chance that it will close last week's down-gap at the 4 level, if that proves to be true in the next couple of months, it would be a 100% gain from the present area.<g>

Of course, I could be wrong, but the R/R seems good enough for me to go long. After all, if indeed I am wrong it will only cost me some money.<g> It will also serve to reinforce in my memory Jesse's advise of not to try to guess where a bottom is going to be, since "the best time to buy is on the way up" and that doesn't take place until the price gets above the averages.<g>
