Jim, at first I thought you were just being another anti-Rambus supporter with your "Intel will be sued" comment, but then you clarified and said those with deep pockets are always the target of lawsuits.

As for the possibility of lawsuits, no big deal. I remember way back during the Pentium FDIV fiasco when Intel was the target of a class-action lawsuit as a result.
