HJ: Investing in stock is the place to be, buying into bubbles is not. I think the lesson is "when things look excessive they probably are excessive -- so get out." When the excess is out of the market -- and we no doubt could see more wringing -- it will be back to real investing. "New economy" stock speculation will become a source of humiliation -- as it should always have been. Yahoo at $250? Shame on all of us. We were raping the whole concept of investing.
