CF - Well I guess this is the last time anyone with the name Bush will ever run for public office again. I rather like him and his style but the economy is in ruins and he is at the helm.

No of course its no this fault and it wasn't his fathers fault either. They are just unlucky. And luck is important in markets and life.

The Bush family is just plain unlucky for the economy.

Best regards,

L

Craig, unfortunately the worst may be yet to come. An article in the Saturday New York Times indicates that the Administration's desire to provide anti-missile and other defense hardware to Taiwan is viewed very negatively by China. The Administration is setting itself up for retaliation by countries such as China, which would, at the drop of a hat, be willing to drop all its deals with U.S. companies (e.g., QUALCOMM) and deal only with more moderate European companies. This retaliation would affect the whole economy, particularly if the end result is to diminish the export market for U.S. made technology products, including those made by SNDK.

When one sees what is going on in the area foreign policy, one cannot be anything but pessimistic.
