There is one hellofa difference between cheeseburgers and a grilled T-Bone Cheeseburgers are cooked in oil that probably has been on the grill all day......Over cooking vegetable oil creates free radicals.... very bad........High heat on dairy products is also questionable

......I'm havin Porterhouse tonight myself.....Don't buy the anti red meat stuff......Red meat is good for you.....

BTW I'll bet you will feel lots better after that T- bone.....Think about this objectively after you eat it .......and lets us know.
