They damn near got to paying interest on a loan. Tax cuts are needed. Especially cap gains. That's how you spur growth. Our Ag program was almost headed for a free market but Clinton's plan went to where in some states over 200% of a farm's income was subsidies.

Charley that has been coming for a while, the 0 interest rates in Japan. I hope Bush gets his act together before we have to resort to 0 interest rates!

Interest rates are not the problem in Japan. the problem is the financial institution are INSOLVENT. Remember how we shut down so many in this country a few years ago in an effort to reorganize? Thats what Japan needs to do but for reasons unexplainable to the ROUND EYES, they dont. JDN
