Unfortunately we probably still have a lot of downside in both markets. I know that the markets come back long before the economy does and I'll note that...but the economy has not bottomed yet. That's why we are trying to sell our house even though it means an extra move...since we aren't moving out of state until March '02...because we expect Cal to join the recession soon and house prices WILL go down.
