.50 factored in, .75 is bad

The media has reported this story for a week now.

Investors can conclude it is hopeless and expect continuation of a rapidly deteriorating market.

This is doom and gloom, worst case scenario chatter.

In order to have a strong rally, we must have elements of the unexpected. Investors expect .50 is nothing and .75 is really bad.

Rate cut is a stimulus which is all good short term. The potential short squeeze spring rally increases after weeks of headline market declines.
