You will find the data at the two sites I mentioned. As for systemic adjustment (aka TL & EV), I think the odds have grown enormously over the last 12 months. Perhaps that have gone from 5% to 30% -- a six bagger. We are already seeing the sorts of declines that one sees once in a lifetime. Yes, at this point it is but a tech-wreck, but it's still very important. In non-tech we are seeing violations that are not as rare, but rare nonetheless. Perhaps they will turn the ship, but I have my doubts. We'll all know in a few years.
