Why, really, does it still have to close above 6 3/8? I believe it will, sooner rather than later, but what exactly is going to happen at that point?

Are there that many people out there who are calling their brokers and saying, "I want to buy this stock, but I want to wait until it goes higher than 6 3/8?" Or are there not enough sellers above 6 3/8, so that any demand beyond that very point will move the stock much higher?

I see the chart and the recent high but I really don't understand the scientific or even a rational basis for not buying a stock you presumably like at 5 1/2 unless it goes higher than 6 3/8.
