I just saw a banner ad on the front page of msnbc advertising 6 Free Months of BillPay from MSN. Maybe the Yahoo! ad campaign is putting pressure on other portals/financial institutions. To be honest I never expected Yahoo to advertise Bill Pay as much as they do.
