reminds me of the last fishing trip I took up there ... me and one of my buddies kept telling the driver to stop so we could buy beer in the states and he wouldn't do it. He kept saying wait for the duty-free shop, wait for the duty-free shop -- real good selection and something or other about a limit on the amount of beer we could take over there. Well, we got to the duty free shop ... all they had was some Jack Daniels beer -- hell, I didn't even know they made beer -- but it didn't sound good, so we stopped in Sioult St. Marie and you wouldn't belive the prices for a case -- that was three years ago and it wasn't anywhere near 20 -- try 30 bucks

It is pretty bad there, but that 20 bucks is 20 Canuck pesos, so about 8 bucks. -g- Still pretty expensive no matter how you cut it. It is a shitty country for doing fun things. LOL! And what on earth Luc wants to go to an even worse one as in New Zealand, is beyond me. Jeez, there is the whole planet to pick from.

Get outa here---- A doz costs $16.75 CDN---- that's about a sawbuck for you mathematically challenged-=-=-- I know that the esentials--- beer , smokes, gas , are cheap in your country, but we ain't afraid to walk down our streets at night----
