I just got back from vacationing in D.C. Junior George just had his lunch with the Irish for St.Paddy's day when we went to a restaurant where the people were giggling over the affair. It seems Bush had told the ambasadore to be sure and call if there was anything he could do to help, and the ambasadore said something to the effect that he couldn't imagine a circumstance that Bush could help with. He apparently recognizes cluelessness when he sees it.
