the big tax stimulus is simply a implementation for speed of adoption. EP is right that Supply&Demand would yield the same results. the only difference is the time required. if the overall good to society is + for the time period in question then the gov should support it. if not they keep collecting taxes and offer incentives to those who can solve societies most pressing problems in a timely fashion. if the Gov want's our respect they should handle our money responsibly.
