With the DOW down 200 points, are we getting the "curbs in" message before the close ?

At the present rate of drop, it seems that we are going to need another 1/2% cut from uncle Al before the end of the month.

The Dow should fall through 9700 on its way to testing the 9600 area... The VIX is beginning to hint at increasing panic...
