Sprintcar, On the other hand - It has exactly what everyone asked for - facts without hype - and obviously direct from the horses mouth - I do agree that it is not a professional IR/PR. I believe the content must be seen in the light of Accesstel wanting to produce positive news, meaning one should read it as a positive development for AccessTel and AccessTel contacts and relations in China.
Chinese way of understatement does not match US investors hunger for colorful adjectives painted with a very broad brush.
I do not see Liang loosing face on this PR, but I'll advise to him that AccessTel start using a professional news service in order to serve US investors needs.

All above IMVHO.

Regarding spelling and grammar - are you sure ? - I took the text through Word with spelling and grammatical check, no errors or flaws reported.

Advise/advice - Actually I'd say that using Advise in the given situation is more correct to use than Advice.

Some people in NJ created wordnet in 1997 - Here are some results from looking into that:

advise v 1: give advise to [syn: counsel] 2: give information or notice to; "I advised him that the rent was due" [syn: notify, give notice, send word, apprise, apprize] 3: make a proposal, declare a plan for something [syn: propose, suggest]
