Jim, I have a request. While we wait around for the market to turn, (could be a long time) it might be instructional for some people that read this thread for you to explain interest rates from the FED down to credit card rates. In bullet fashion would be nice, with a description of what each one is and how the fed effects them indirectly or directly. Thanks, Greg
