That's just silly self congratulatory romantic spiritualist hooey. Life is well worth living to people whether or not they have "faith" as you limited spiritualists define it. You might not know that, you might not be able to understand that, but if it weren't true all the agnostics and atheists would be jumping off bridges in droves, which they aren't. Perhaps what really scares you is the possibility that people who operate outside the bounds of faith, as you concieve it, and seem perfectly happy, have a great deal more nerve than you do? I wonder.....
