. Lets face it, all humans are direct and fundamental products of exactly two other humans, always one male the other female. This link serves to naturally bind society. When you see a human, you see an implied contract between two other humans. SOciety has an interest in recognizing this contract. Do you consider the marriage of an elderly widow and widower to be a distortion of marriage? Or a young couple that is either disinclined or unable to have children? Karen
