If the net had succeeded as a method of business. I would assume some would of liked the more relaxed aspect of smaller community life and opted to live in said and wealth would be more widely generated.

However the communities that lay far from the reach of the larger cities don't have the same opportunity for either acquiring knowledge nor income growth.
