Harry, what makes you think professors belong to the ABA? They are professors, not attorneys.

Do you really believe there is any basis for comparison between the Fl Sup. CT and the Sup. CT.? In the future its the Sup. Ct. decision that will be the center of controversy

Of course it will because the dems. are using as an excuse for losing the election. Denial at its finest.


Denial? No, Harry, the Sup. Ct is to the FL Sup. CT. what the Cartier diamond is to sapphires. I would have expected partisan behavior from the FL Sup.Ct., not from the USSC.

This issue is far from over...it will generate more controversy.

As for the election, the Dems didn't lose but you know that....you think if you say that enough, it will legitimize the Bush presidency but it won't.
