if rmbs is doing well in pre-trial, it should go up above where it was when it sunk tow days big time based on belief it was doing poorly. rockefeller seemed to know judge's opinion was misinterpreted.

Depositions are taken under oath as you probably know. So lies during a deposition are perjury.
