Carl, cool off, I do not have the time nor the inclination to "obey" you orders, I have made clear what my position is, "I DO NOT KNOW". You are sometime getting to the point of irritating me , I am a patient man and the fact that you get me to that point (of irritation) should serve as a signal to tone it down and stop being so aggressive, obsessive, and generally a "pain". What is all that antagonism coming from?

O.K. Carl......I don't know squat about memory technology, but I know a defendent in trouble when I see one. I still think the case will settle, but in Rambus favor. This document release is just terrible for Inf. Imagine what Rambus lawyers are going to do in the depositions!!!! There is enough stuff here to fill ten hours of depos. And, we may see even more surprise documents!!

Read the transcript on the pre-trial. That judge is one unhappy guy. The only reason the Inf. guy tried to offer a settlement (we will not claim you are crooks if you give up your rights to IP) was out of desperation.

Not good. Not good at all. And, as I keep having to remind you, it is up to the lawyers now. A good lawyer has plenty to work with right here.....conspiracy? perjury? Intentional infringement? Wanton disregard of NDA?

ugh.
