Hi Jdaasoc; So Intel had to give a license to SiS, ALi and Serverworks because of anti-trust law? You're stretching quite a bit here. I'll remind you of some recent history:

Intel sues chip set maker VIA for violating patents

When that news came out, Rambus longs interpreted it as signifying that Intel was a strong supporter of RDRAM. Of course Intel eventually settled, and, well, VIA took most of their chipset market away from them because Intel was stuck to Rambus. LOL!!!

So do find a better example of what Intel does and does not have to do.
