>> insiders still selling

Per the Yahoo info, Mendoza acquired 333,000 shares in March/April 2000, and has been selling on a quarterly basis (June, September, skipped December, March), which probably is based on an insider's window. The sales have been sizeable, but the fact that his transactions have been so regular makes it less troubling - probably estate planning. If I interpret it correctly, he has 3.7M shares.

Warmenhoven seems to be holding, and it's a pot full - 8,300,000 share.

What a great company to work for.

Mendoza is the only one really selling, and he's trimming about 10% of his total shares net/net year-over-year.

He's got some investments in AVNX, and LNUX that look fairly sizeable. There's no telling what kinds of margin situation he may be in on those stocks in addition to NTAP (from exercising options). He may have to sell...
