What do you view as the most compelling reason for complete de-regulation? Is it strictly a lower price, or would it improve the availability and predictability of supply? Regarding those damn fruits and nuts, I must say that CA is getting less and less desirable. Just read an article today with Feinstein whining about how unfair it is that GWB will not immediately come to our aid by forcing price controls on suppliers. She says the dems complaints will grow louder and louder until GWB does something to fix OUR problem. She can't understand why he would expect a weak, poor, helpless state like CA to fix it ourselves, I guess. The dems have a serious problem accepting responsibility for anything it seems. I would prefer to think that we have the brains and the wherwithall to fix our own problems, but she DOES not. We do have an awesome piece of real estate though.
