They were demoing a dual processor system around the time of Microprocessor Forum last year. JC's linked to an article about it on 10/10, unfortunately the link is dead. jc-news.com So the OEMs should have been able to evaluate 760MP systems before the Mustang was cancelled. They should have had empirical information at the time they expressed dis-interest. So why the interest now? And seemingly abruptly too.
