Remember when gas prices were over $2 in the Midwest last summer. The FTC reported that it was supply problems caused by the EPA edicts of 35+ different gas formulas according to region. The price has fallen since. But I guess I do finally understand. I see you are a conspiracy theorist from your "profile". In fact, I fully understand now.
