From my notes, F24 was origionally scheduled for startup in Q1 of '02 but was recently pushed out to '03 and will now come up as the third fab at 300 mm.

I think F20 is what used to be D1B

F20 and D1B are the same Fab. Development and High Volume Manufacturing.

As for the rest. I have not seen any public announcement of intel's plans for 0.13u proliferation, so I think that information would fall under the category of "Company Confidential".
