Yea, if this doesn't stick, the odds would favour BK as the alternative scenario at this point. We'll need that semi failure today for that to be anything but a bear dream.

While its true there are a lot of inexperienced shorts out there, I doubt they have much buying power at their disposal. Yesterday was Fido ramping semis and hedge funds (and "experienced" shorts) covering, IMO. That said, we're still fairly oversold and I see a bit more up...but this entire year no one has wanted to hold long over the weekend, and I doubt that this weekend will be any different.

I boxed XLNX and NVLS a little while ago (but will likely reopen if the SOXX doesn't take out 650 again before the end of the day). Interestingly, retail is getting pounded and my retail shorts (HD and AEOS) are moving down nicely. The whole thing looks like another jello-pushing exercise to me....
