The tech just left. The new RDRAM did not solve the problem. The tech
called his office then they talked him through similar steps
to what Dell had me do. Dell is shipping out a new motherboard.
I'll get a call to setup another service call when the board comes in. The
guy said if the board's in stock at Dell it'd be overnighted so they'd come
back Monday or Tuesday. My next day off from work & computer school
is next Friday though. Someone could be home sooner but I want to watch
what's done. I'll probably learn more watching than I will all week in school.
Oh well, I have endure the old 233 for a week.... unless the tech can come after 4:00,
I hope so.
