PW

Alas, about 100 years ago a famous scientist said " everything important has been invented". When I read that quote I could not help but laugh.

Has IP really stopped inovating?

I don't think so...

Laughing all the way to the bank!!!!

Eric

, will CSCO decline 25% from here? Perhaps, but probably not.

what is your rationale for this statement. if you were at the top of an 8200 ft cliff and fell 6300 ft, what would be your rationale for saying you probably wouldn't fall another 475 ft? need a good contract with Mr. Rent-a-Ledge.

PMS, good post. Hopefully I can take exception to ONE statement without it being taken as a slam. The only reason I do this is because the investment community has accepted the unacceptable.

"It depends on the desires of the man who signs his paycheque. Have you signed his cheque? If not, then don't expect him to be working on your behalf."

Lets say I work for a lawfirm. The managing partner signs my paycheck. A client of the firm pays the firm but not me directly. Should the client expect truth and integrity from me? Maybe not a good analogy but my point is why is integrity expected from other professionals but not from wallstreet "professionals" to whom we pay commissions(fees).
