Also, common sense would indicate that it may give you lung cancer. Actual amount of documented cases EVER. Same as above, ZERO. There are cases of people who smoke pot AND cigarettes that get cancer, but no cases from pot smoking alone.

I don't think that can be determined. There are so many factors it is tough to figure which one caused the cancer. There are probably cases of po smokers who got lung cancer and did not reguarly smoke cigarettes but you can't prove the pop did or did not cause the cancer.

My understanding is that pop might be somewhat more carcinogic then cigarettes but that since you smoke so much less of it (ever hear of some one with a 3 pack a day pot habbit??) it is less dangerous in terms of causeing cancer.
