i am well aware that it's a very low probability event. but the probability is higher now than it normally is...still, i recommend straddling, as the market is very oversold. so it makes sense to bet on a big move, regardless of direction. if the MCHVIE has been aborted for now, it would only mean that we'll get it later imo.

How much data is this based on?? Also, are the "stocks for the long run" folks basing their statements on solid statistics in your opinion?
