Ron,

I am a Democrat and I don't support that action....it's outrageous. I would bet that it has more to do with his being a cop and getting lesser charges because a child molester who is a cop wouldn't last long in prison. His life expectancy in prison isn't a lengthy one!
Nevada is not known as a liberal state. In fact it's fairly conservative. I'll bet it's spun that way to cover up the truth or to cause such an uproar they will be forced to convict him on the molestation charges.

This is so outrageous that I wonder if it is an accurate presentation of facts and motives. It is hard to believe that any prosecutor would dream up such an absurd interpretation of the law.

If it is true, though, they should also find a cell for that prosecutor.
