gdr, pumping financial crack into the system isn't the solution. that is what got us to this point! you can't just print your way out of all problems. they may reinflate the bubble (maybe, maybe not!). if they do, by definition folks won't be selling en masse and people will be buying.

can stock prices stay disconnected from reality by 300-400% forever? no way. what happens when we hit fair value 3 or 4 years down the line with trillions of shares bought retail near the top?

the more they inject this economy with financial crack the more PAINFUL the final outcome.

it is literally financial crack b/c the addicts can't get enough even though they know it will eventually financially KILL them.

>> Over 60% decline on the NAz i think has been over done. Iets hope the Fed pumping liquidity into the capital markets will get this economy back on track... We need the techs to lead out of this mess which is the main productive arm of our economy, imo.

I agree completely.

Glenn, You are such an agreeable person!

Let's take Mark's gem and analyze it.

>> Over 60% decline on the NAz i think has been over done.

By what measure is it over done ? P/E ? Book value ? Dividend ?

>> Lets hope the Fed pumping liquidity into the capital markets will get this economy back on track...

What? Did I miss something? When did the Fed pump liquidity into the capital markets ? Is AG buying NAS futures ? or QQQ ? Has GST heard of this ?

>> We need the techs to lead out of this mess which is the main productive arm of our economy, imo.

Good thing he added that "imo". Who, aside from a shell-shocked trader, would think the tech sector is the main productive arm of our economy?
What happened to housing, transportation, food, health, medical, machinery, education, energy .... ?

I guess it took a very special talent to make a profit trading KTEL.
