Potato Casserole

4 cups diced potatoes
1/4 cup grated onions
1 cup cheese, grated (cheddar is good)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal

Peel potatoes, dice.
Put diced potatoes in casserole pan.
Stir other ingredients together, except for half of the crushed corn flakes.
Pour the stirred ingredients over the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle remaining cornflakes on top.
Bake (covered) for 90 minutes at 350 degrees F.
