Cheeseburger Pie 1.5 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup ketchup 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 (9-inch) pie shell (use deep dish if frozen shell is bought) 4 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar or American cheese 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Combine first 8 ingredients (after cooking ground beef). Fill pie shell with mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Spread grated cheese over top and sprinkle with Worcestershire. Bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Good with ketchup.
