1) You can try here and ask for help.

2) Take the casing off and turn the PC on you'll be able to see if the fan is on. If its off, turn off the PC cause heat damages the cpu and it can be damaged eaisly.

3) check the wires on the fan. If its not the wires I'd suggest going to a comp usa or other computer retailer who might be able to help. You may be able to do it on your own or bring it in for repairs.

4) Measure time how long for the pc to shut down and make sure you close down in half the time. In that time frame try to back up your system. Ask Donald the consequences of no back up.
