Prices of Silicon Valley Mansions Fall Back to Earth

Sounds the same as the current bandwagon articles about the stock market that tell us it's crashing. Like no sh*t. Prices in the Bay Area softened last year as well but came back to go even higher. Now, however, for sure they'll go straight to zero I guess. Maybe you can short Bay Area REITs? Why do so many people find it necessary to trash the Bay Area and leave the rest of the country alone? Why don't I go around saying Cleveland, Detroit, Oklahoma City, Fargo and Allentown have been undesirable places to live as long as I can remember? Gee, I guess I just did.

Tushar,
Thanks for the SI real estate report. It's only a matter of time until it reverberates other places.
