Gst i don't see speculation going and some speculation is healthy, it's what made this country great! You know my opinion on the savings issue. The energy problem will take time to work out and most of this has to do with a working Opec now and deregulation that has been managed very poorly out here in calif. In the long run, deregulation of our utilities will be beneficial for everyone. Btw, i kept my thermostat down at 60 degrees this last winter, so i'm helping out also.
