shareholder ignorance has been monetized, for sure. mostly by insiders, though. i'd also argue that many millionaires are ex millionaires. why? thay took that million in dotcom money and threw it in csco and dell near the top.

when this bubble unwinds, 98-99+% of people will be worse off than had it never happened, imho. i think this is what history teaches us.
