At the risk of being labelled a crackpot, not that I'm not; but, has anyone ever wondered if the current hoof and mouth was released on purpose as biological/economic warfare?

Hi Heinz,

re that's a karmic pain maximizer - the restoration of balance if you will, the mirror image of the great boom

There is the bear equivalent of a karmic pain maximizer of course. It comes from the mirror image of imagined great doom -g-

So, we are flipped back up into Trading Range. Just had a look at today's McLaren report.

mclarenreport.com.au.

He's out of the Naz, not selling aggressively on the S&P500

Expecting a rally but see's the current trend as a possible countertrend. i.e more possible down in a few days or so.

Chances are (as I see it) we move up slowly into the end of March.

Wonder what the news by early April will be? I agree with McLaren that downside surprises are more common when the overall trend is down. I don't see the likelyhood of an extended rally from here, but perhaps I read this board to much -g-
