Exactly, we are at the start of housing price deflation and we have a long way to go till we hit the bottom. We have just started and only the people that have purchased in the last few months are going to be stuck in a house that is worth less then they have purchased it for.

I'm looking for a roll-back to 1998 prices to go along with the roll back in the Nasdaq prices, which would trap the max people with the max amount of losses.

February 2001 housing sales were only 2.6% below February, 2000.
