If he would warn, the stock would probably start to climb back (look what happened when CPQ finally warned). Speaking of warnings, with the PC Slowdown, isn't it about time that MSFT warned (no way will they make this qtr).

On the bright side, CSCO did better today than DELL and SUNW (if that can be called a bright side).

He doesn't want to warn until he knows for sure he can't make the quarter. Chambers is a competitor. He doesn't just wantonly throw in the towl. I bet once he realizes he can't make the quarter, we'll get the big bath I talked about before. Then I'll buy back in on the shares I sold at $20.5.
