Hehe, everybody cries about how much high level executives make but when the rubber hits the road what happens? The executives put line items on the shareholder dockets for large bonuses or pay raises and the shareholders always vote yes. Isn't Hector up for a pay related vote? How much do you want to bet that it passes? If it does ask yourself who were the people voting yes to the item.
