sold my ntap this morning for 21.375...bought it yesterday at 20.....it looks like it can be traded in a 19-22 range...

the only reference i can find is that it is a chip design for bluetooth, with arc international plc/arc cores holding the ip.....it is a uk company, with 100 employees, publicly trades on the lse, symbol ark....has an office in san diego, supplies a bit to csco....

i don't think a company with 100 employees, and $15mil in sales is a threat to emc or ntap....imagine the cost for a global marketing effort.....seems like the technology is best to be sold or licensed if it is that good ala qcom...
