Here in the metro-Denver area there seems to be a trend away from malls(mauls) and toward more open space shopping centers. I saw it in DFW area also. Could it be some of this is also happening there?

As an example of a countertrend - a couple of days ago I was sorting through the day's mail, and dumping the ads and junk mail into the recycle bag - one of the full color full page ad circulars - you know the kind that has coupons for Pizza Hut or carpet cleaning - was a help wanted ad for Fedex, complete with a full length photo of a happy Fedex guy. Never seen anything like that before.
