PALM's CEO Mr. Y, should appear on CNBC and explain HOW BLIND MICE CAN SEE. Our corporations have been carrying too many CEOs and CFOs that have no true management talent, they can't see good news due to the cute club phrase "LACK OF VISIBILITY" but can give lower future guidance IF IT IS BAD NEWS, because they beleive they can not be sued by shareholders for giving bad lowered FOWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS for fraud or misrepresentation, just if they give higher FOWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS. They are wrong, the breach of the fiduciary duty of loyalty applies for both. But that is not the point, the point is we have FAD and FASHION management that does no homework, and does a dis-service to their shareholders. I am a true beleiver in PALM but not for its management, for the product line itself. This is why 2 of the founders left PALM to found HANDspring, and the HANDspring PDAs use the PALM OS. Why? Because PALM and the PALM OS are the best of breed in a growing market place. PALM will come back, I will just buy more, double down, price averaging, and then ride PALM back up. The basic question never changes, will this stock still be around, be a survivor, yes it will, its market share is too large for it to cease to be a player in this growth area, and thats the key, it is still a growth area, and PALM dominates that growth sector. Its a strong buy, especially at this price. My question is going to be to follow the volume down and back up, and see whether there is a net gain of buyers (up volume on the way back up) compared to this temporay selling, and bargain price buying opportunity. BUY LOW.
I am,
Truly your$,
